Spits - Poor quality sneakers

We've been purchasing Lacoste sneakers for the family for a couple of years and never experienced any problems. For some or the other reason we bought a pair last year and took it back because it had a factory fault on it which they did exchange for another pair. My husband then bought another pair in October 2017 but the Lacoste sticker came off after 4 months. We took it back and they refuse to assist because we have already exchange a pair previously. The lacoste sticker in question looks like it was glue on the sneakers with pritt. I'm not happy with the quality of the sneakers and the service that we have received.
