Sheepish Customer Service

I bought a bag costing R 2995.00 (my Son paid a deposit of R 1000 on 24/09 and I went to settle the account on 27/11, only to be told that I cannot be given the bag unless if I had the ID of the person that deposited the bag. I paid off the debt (R1995) only to be told that the \machine"cannot allow that the balance be paid off if the bag is not fetched there & there. I then paid R1990 and had my Son drive from Midrand to Eastgate"
