On the 19/12/15 i visited your Spitz store at the P avillion Durban branch it was hot and humid and your store was extremely busy.my son needed a pair of shoes and with sad regret there was no size for him in that paticular style Siyanda who was assisting me took the time to check on the stores computor to check what styles you guys had in a size 11 he then called us to the c ashdesk to view what your'll had in store in size 11 all i can say is wow and a big ups to Siyanda got going the extra mile I'm a manger of a huge retail store and I'm big on service and I must admit that Siyanda went over and above he is an asset to your business.Well done Siyanda you will see me again.
