So Spitz sells shoes with clasp and funny enough they have no repairs for that and put it on"item has been worn out to avoid doing the right thing. I was the fourth individual to return a specific pair of shoes at their Randburg branch of which l paid cash on purchase for two pairs. Am not happy not because they could not replace the pair but the fact that they have no repairs for that. Just do not see reason why sell expensive merchandise if you've no option for repairs, that's very very stupid for business really. To Cecilia your service was extremely & exceptionally great and whoever you report to must report to whoever for repairs because it's really not fair for such spending
