SALE STOCK HIDDEN ALONG WITH PATHETIC SERVICE.

I am totally disgusted at Spitz Pinetowns branch service I received. I've never had such *********** and pathetic service in my life. We arrived at the branch and ask a sales consultant on the floor to assist us.. The level at which she was assisting us was pathetic she had no passion to assist us. We eventually found the shoe we wanted and there boom while she went looking in the back for it another customer took the shoe from the floor. So now I had a fight with the customer because I believed the shoe was mine. We spent 2 hours fighting about who was right and who was wrong. Eventually after 2 hours the very same consultant pulled out another shoe from the back. After she had been hiding the shoe. All that because they hid things for their friends ??? WOW Spitz should not have sales if their staff are going to be hiding stock. I was totally disgusted at my experience I had. Unprofessional pathetic service. No matter how much I love Spitz I dont think I would ever be shopping there again.
