I am disgruntled for the service I received in your branch at Greenacres, Port Elizabeth. I visited your store, liked a Tosoni Interna Combo Formal lace up boot, navy size 41, code: ***, the price on the shoe was labelled R1495.00, therefore I decided to put the shoe on lay-by. To my surprise, when checking the till slip I was charged an amount of R1595.00 for the shoe and not as labelled, I queried this with the cashier who advised me to seek the manager's advice. I explained to the manager that as evident, the price of the shoe is R1495.00 and am entitled to receive the shoe at the price as labelled on the shoe. Surprisingly, he refused, on grounds that it's the only shoe that's labelled incorrectly and that other shoes of the same style are however labelled correctly and therefore if there were two or more shoes labelled in this way he would have given me the shoe at the advertised price. I explained to the manager, Siya, that the black shoe is also labelled R1495.00 but when I got to the shoe the price was already removed by Lubabalo, making me look dun and stupid. As a customer it's not my problem that the shoe was advertised incorrectly and this shouldn't be my probl
