Reporting me for being in arrears
After a multitude of phone calls, emails and smse Spitz want to give me over for being in arrears for 2 months.<br> <br> I have made eft payments the past 2 months and have emailed them the proof but with no success. Every time someone else phone and give me a new email address.<br> <br> Dont they keep records of the systems on what has been discussed.

Unfortunately RCS is the credit holder of your account and as such manages all the Spitz accounts. Any query you have with your account payments will therefore have to be settled directly with RCS.
