Refuse to respond

As per the mail sent to you from one of our Customer Care agents, our current T's &C's are displayed on the back of our till slip and are also available on our website.
Should you wish to be acquainted with them in store, our staff would be happy to provide them for you.
As communicated to you your shoes do not present a manufacturing fault and have been very well worn and therefore are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
May we ask that you please collect your shoes from the store as your earliest convenience.
