QC and Customer review

I had an incident whereby I was at the store and Knowing most of the people during this pandemic work remotely and on calls mostly a had a experience whereby one of the employees told me that " Ke eme ka wena" meaning i was working and i asked for atleast 5min so that i can finish up but that was a sad response i got.

May this be reviewed in a way that the employees may be aware of such customers.
