poor services and ****** of my consumer rites

<p>I was at Spitz vereeniging last week and I took a shoe which was priced R1199 govdown to R999 further to R398 when I pay they say I am the one who changed the pice the shoe is not on sale .then we had an argument that I want to pay the pice I see the manager insists that I am the one who changed the price I then asked her to play the footage she said I must go now I want to know what happened about the price you see is the price you pay I even snap fotos for the shoes and prices please help</p>
