Poor service from RCS

On the 29th December 2022 I went Spitz Jabulani Mall to make card replacement and payment the store manager was so helpful she did the card replacement after when I wanted to make payment the on the system the card could not work we tried I even went to the other stores use RCS. Then today the 7th February 2023 the card still does not work the manager phone all the relevant department at the head office I did not get help. A t the end I was told that my card is red flagged when I ask why they couldn't give a reason why. And all of this has made me not to be able to make payment. What surprises me see that every day I receive a reminder payment sms
