Poor service and breach contract

In February 2024 month was admitted in hospital and I made miss payment for the r290 at pick n pay and nobody can trace the missing payment.my monthly payments were 150 .I am thesecond pament still it was missing .I faxed the two proof and I was credited in the wrong account and i was charged interest and late fee handed over pls fix my account
