Poor service

Bought a lacoste sneaker and wore not more than an hour and it was torn,and blistered on a side,had to take back and ask for a refund and they refuse because i lost the slip bt had proof of purchase on my banking app,they say they can only exchange and not refund im so disappointed by their service ERMELO MERINO MALL by Duduzile Mkhize their manager
