Poor quality sneakers at Spitz!

8 months ago I had purchased a Lacoste sneaker from Spitz(Gateway). Just like any pair of sneakers all must crease and take the shape of your feet however it amazes me how the crease from the left shoe is different from the right shoe. A crack on the leather of the shoe which I had purchased and take very good care of is said to be a crease by the manager who's conveying the message from the regional manager. I had taken the shoe back to the store last week Wednesday and was promised in two days time even though it had past 5 days I remained patient only to be told that this is not a factory fault. I refuse to be told that I pay a thousand rand for a shoe which only lasts me 8 months, a shoe which I take very good care of!!! If this was my fault every crease on the shoe would look the same however this is not the case. As I said to the manager, by looking at the shoe you would be able to see that I don't kick stones when I walk! I await a response from someone who is willing to assist me further as I refuse to accept the response which I have received.
