Poor quailty on leather Carvela shoes

<p>I purchased a Carvela from Spitz in Boulders Midrand last year September. Two months later the leather started to peal so I took it back to the store. They swopped that shoe for me and I also purchased another Lacoste takkie. The new leather Carvela that was given to me (a different type) has also started to peal. Took it back to the store and the lady in charge says to me that they have to send it to the head office.</p> <p> </p> <p>She calls me last week to say that they cannot do anything about it cos it seems as if water went on the shoe?? I mean obviously water has to go on the shoe, I do not wrap the shoe is plastic when I use it!! I currently own three pairs of Carvela’s and your leather ones are not up to standard. This is the second leather one that I have which is pealing and yes I do use the PRODUCTS that YOU sell to maintain the shoe.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told the lady that called me that I am not accepting that response and she should call the head office and get them to call me. It’s been more than a week now and I have not heard anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spending R1950.00 on a shoe that is show going to last afew months, you got to be joking!</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t think I would be buying another show from Spitz again as your service sucks and your quality of shoes are even worse!</p> <p> </p>
