poor poor service

<p>On the 24 of July I went to spring mall to open an account, then they requested 3 months bank statement, I submitted all the documents, to my surprise I was phone by their head office about payslip I was told that July doesn't indicate salary, if I am bring April one because it was before month end of July, I went to my bank to get statement, en my bank charges me as I requesting these statements, they I made follow up with branch, they even told me that they made follow up but there is no straight answer, today 3 August I received a call from spring mall SPITZ requesting me to go again en get July statement, my question was why are they keep on sending me yo bank worse part bank charges me,en why they have ask me to sent April one if they will change Alan what the July one,to me it's unprofessional, I don't have problem of submitting relevent documents but you can't request something if it's submitted you change, which means I will be submitting 4 months bank statement, that not professional, if I was told at least to wait for month so that salary can be seen, not to ask me to get at least April one whereas they will not useit,i have never seen such a retail shop, if you open account they want 3 month bank statement if you don't quality they don't approve yoi,of you qualify they approve not this game, worse part they don't have a decent of contacting the person who was assisting me,she is they one who kep on phoning them.</p> <p> </p>
