poor customer service

I went to Spitz in Sandton around 5:30pm <br> I saw this pare of shoes it was R499.00. Then I went to the till to pay this guy by the name of Golonang take the shoes yo the store room and came back with different price of R2999.99. I asked him no but the shoes was R 499.00 he refuse till this guy came and say no its fine you can pay R499.00 we didn't prise them correctly choose another shoes as is on sale if you buy one you get one for free.<br> <br> Then again on the till come this lady by the name of Kgomotso she refused say no the systerm does not allow us. I say to Kgomotso okay let me pay I will come and collect my shoes tommorow after you sort out the system problem again she refuse<br> <br> I asked her to do manual sale I will come tomorrow she refuse.<br> <br> I was so ashamed as it seems as am stupid in front of other customer.<br> <br> Please assist because I want the same shoes with the prise I saw.
