Poor Customer service

Hi All

My name is siya Nkaleshane I went to klerksdorp to Purchase 2 pair of sneakers me and my wife because we were attending a wedding on Saturday the 4/ 12/21 so the person who was help me I have explain to her that I need some that is very comfortable for my feet

She then bring some nice lacoste shoe nice one indeed an d I love it and fit one shoe only the we left me and my wife

I have spend R4790 for 2 pears of shoes in that branch

So the next day when I wear my shoes it was raining on that day I have run to my car I have realised that one shoe its giving me problem its killing my feet I then run back to my house to remove the shoes because one pair it was having a problem

I took my old shoe so that i can go the wedding then the next day i took the shoes to the branch to complain about shoe that is giving me a problem

The time I arrive to the branch I have explain to store team that what is my complain about shoes that I have purchased first thing the lady she told me that we cant help you because you already wear the shoes even I explanation to her what is my complain

The worst part is I drove 80killos from were I am to buy this shoes

This Team they fail to give me best customer service a d to listen to my complaint I was told that even if you I dont comeback to this store again the are more customer's entering the store

Please can I get assistance here as I m a loyal customer of Spitz even before the klerksdorp it was open before I use to purchase my shoes at Potchestroom all the time
