Pathetic service at Spitz Waterfront

<p>I bought cavella shoes at spits and only wore them once. I returned the shoes at Spitz Waterfront after six months because i am staying in the bundus and it is close to impossible to be in the city. They took the shoes back and Zukisa informed me that he will liase with headoffice. He phoned me in december saying the period i had returned the shoes had expired. It is clear from looking at the shoe that it is still new only worn once but it broke from poor quality.</p> <p>The shoes are still at Spitz Waterfront because it is difficult to go fetch them due t the challenge i had with taking them back within the prrscribed period.</p>
