Pathetic service

I purchased a Carvella for my wife has a gift on the 14th September 2017, upon her trying it on when i got home we discovered that it does not fit. I called the store and was told to bring it in to change the size, when i got to the store on the 15th September 2017 i was assisted by Desiree who tried to give me the Display shoe which was faded, I refused to take the shoe and asked her to see which other store in Durban had it. She confirmed that Pavillion had the but told me NOT to go there she will have the shoe by Tuesday( 19th September 2017). I waited for her call for a week and no response, my wife called the store on the 26th September 2017 and spoke to the manager Bernita Hunsley who advised us that the shoe had arrived at the store . I went in on the 27th September 2017 to pick up the shoe and that when i received all the lies. the cashier who assisted me tried again to pass off the display shoe as a new shoe and tried to get me out the store quickly , however i asked to see the shoe and discovered that it was a display shoe that had been badly faded. i was then told by Benita that she couldn't find my name anywhere in the file that the have for orders so that why my shoe wasn't there, she then asked Desiree to assist. when Desiree looked in the file i was about the 10th person in the file, so how is it that the manager could find my name in the file( NB. YOU CANT FIND WHAT YOU NEVER LOOK FOR) Desiree then proceed to look on the computer and couldn't give me an answer , after much time she went to the back of the store (WHERE THERE IS NO PHONE OR COMPUTER) and came back and told me that my shoe is still in Secunda. Why would you draw stock from Secunda when Pavillion had stock. As far as Im concerned that shoe was never ordered , and it disgust me how devious the staff and management of Spitz Gateway is to try and pass off a FADED display shoe as a new one.
