Pathetic Customer Service

<p>i have opened an account from spitz last year, was given crdit for 7000, i made a purchase of R1250, then i paid my account monthly. i wanted to make another purchase again, but was told my limit have been reduced to R1500, without any reason. i called their client service, spoke to their agent Nicole - she said she doesnt know why my limit was reduced and will check on the system - i hold on the line for about 3 minutes, then she dropped the call, no one called me back. i don't know what is going on with my account</p>
