Not wanting to assist potential clients

I am disappoint at the attitude I received from Phenyo and Emster of Spitz Westgate,those guys we not willing to assist me, I stood there while was saying I should be assisted by the other,after 30min of waiting they told me the phone is in use ,I need to wait after waiting for another 30 while no one was on the call they proceeded with serving other clients while I stood there,this guys no nothing about treating customers fairly this in a long run with lose you clients,they need to be taken to task as I still didn't receive my card which was long approved buy your call centre agent,please provide me with feedback on this,I await your response
