No response about query made last month

I have been a Spitz customer for as long as I can remember, before the name was even changed. I have previously made a query on their website about my buying power, which amounts to nothing, and i was told they will get back to me as soon as I had sent them my details. Its been a month and I haven't heard anything from them.<br> Now I would like to know if I should terminate my account with them, because really, R1200 for credit limit with them is nothing as a pair of the shoes I would like to buy are worth over R2000?
