Low Quality Tosoni

I bought a pair of Tosoni monk straps In December 2016 and after one wear the buckle was broken ,Menlyn branch , they replaced them . I then bought a new pair from the same branch . Here is my problem the innersole slides forward and opens the white material underneath and you cannot fix that .

I then went on to buy a second pair in February and hold and behold the same thing is happening to the second pair ,this second pair was bought from Mall of Africa branch . I then visited the Menlyn store and the asked me for the proof of the first pair and understandably so I didn't have the receipt for the purchase .I then visited the Mall of Africa store and with the proof of purchase and the stuff didn't want to assist me ,giving me all sorts of excuses .

I am sitting with two pairs of expensive shoes from a reputable store ? This is bad representation of the brand and the store !
