Lacoste turns out to be like a R50 takkie

On the 7th of August 2015 I purchased a Lacoste tekkie at Maponya Mall I only wore it for one month but surpise surprise its started peeling off I then decided to return it , Its when I dealt with Kokesto who was the so called managed I tried to explain my situation to him, he was very unfriendly and unhelpful without even listening to me he tells me I should have read the T&C,s before wearing the shoe to me that imp**** that I am illiterate and that's was the highest form of disrespect as one of your frequent client for a price of more then R1000 one would expect the quality to be on par I am very disappointed .
