Kurt geiger shoe damaged (SpitZ)

bought my Kurt Geiger shoe last November 2014 and discovered it had a tear last may, i took it back and was told i wont be assisted since i have inserted a sole. my question was that why dont you read to your consumers the terms and condition like when you are sold a car or a furniture. i felt very disgusted by this as i always invest in this shoes every year and still have 2 pairs in good condition with the same sole. i feel cheated that i can spend so much miney on something that will be damaged within 6 months of not even wearing it every week<br> <br> kgomotso
