i will never take this card again

i made a payment on the 15/07/2022, i asked for them close that account as i dont wnat that account anymore as i have been having issues with repaymetn on the accoutn, if i knew that it was an rcs card i wouldnt have taken it as i have been hearing that, that card has issues. on the 20/07/2022 i received an sms stating that my account has been handed over to collections but i settled that account on friday i paid at sandton splitz, yet im getting such sms, i always pay more to avoid errors or issues, this account better not ruin my credit score due to your billing system. why is a paying client account beimh moved to collections if i settled the account, . i want that accoutn closed and i want a paid up letter and an apology, this account better not ruin my credit profile. as i have been paying well on that account. from 80 rand to 233 how.
