I closed my account 3 years ago STOP sending me statements!

In 2017 when I settled your account, I have written a letter and left it at Spitz in Sunnypark. I clearly indicated that close my account. I overpaid by R22.60 CR. Today I received a statement with R0.01 CR. I hope as you debited my over payment you wont tell me that I owe you!! I am telling you again: PLEASE STOP SENDING ME YOUR STATEMENTS I REQUESTED THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED 3 YEARS AGO!!!
