Horrible

I bought a sneaker from Spitz and only had it once on. I started to see marks on the sole of the sneaker which I never liked. I took it to the store in canal walk on Sunday the 22nd. The store rep advised need to get hold of management 🙄 why is management not in the store. Waiting for 45 minutes in the store while he called the manager. He then came to advise that he can't get hold of management took my details and never got back to me yet. I had to call and still no update. I am extremely digusted by the customer services and the process Spitz has. I have purchased many by Spitz before and never received this treated
