**** Carvella from Spitz

I am writing about my bad experiences at Spitz the shop in Gateway Durban, I used to admire a lot. I purchased Carvella shoes for my 21 year old son on the 16th of November 2020 and my son discovered on Sunday the 6th of December that they are peeling already after we were told that it is a genuine leather. I paid R2495 for it but am so disappointed of a standard of quality in less than a month. I took them back and there was no manager at store, I was advised by a staff member to leave them and expect a call from manager, but the call wasn't in my expectations. I never get help, I was told shoes were scratched. I wrote for head office and still no help, I am confused of their quality and the reliability towards their customers. Even if I paid R200 for shoes, I wouldn't expect such disappointment.
