Extremely poor and cheap quality La coste sneakers

I have used La coste sneakers for many years. I have two of same type of shoes that I purchased from Spitz about 2 or3 years ago. These pair only differ in colour. I have many pairs of La coste these two pairs are made synthetic material and they have started crack. I did not believe my eyes that I had paid more than R3000 for pathetic and poor quality shoes. It is more shocking how Spitz handle the complaint. After me sending images of the shoes which I hope I will able to upload for people to see the poor standards that even a company like La coste will drop to just to make more profit and use cheap and low standard materials. To people that support Spitz or use La coste, don't waste your money on a brand that is just making profit from label that had a good reputation. As for Spitz guys, they simpler said to over the phone that they cannot do anything about. When I told lady that I was speaking to, that will be returning two pairs that I recently purchased because of the shocking feedback she said that couldn't. So this is my logic you are not assure customers a standard quality why should I keep these pathetic cheap quality over priced shoes. I can by Nike or Adidas and those company I can respect they back there products. I will be closing my account with Spitz in the coming months and I will tell my friends and family about experience.
