<p>I was looking for a shoe that the store didnt have,from which the branch in randfontein said i can only get at Eastgate or Cleawater.I couldnt get to both those stores as i live near westgate. Charles told me he would make a plan. And together with Thapelo they showed me their catalogue and ordered the shoe for me. The next day i was phoned to say the shoe had arrived.Amazing. When i asked why so fast, they told me their manager to drove to the other branches.Now I dont know if this isnt great service but Im delighted.I fitted and bought the shoe.If i could, i would buy the staff there some lunch, keep it up and impressive</p>
