excellent customer service

I went to Tsakane mall Spitz looking for Lacoster tekkie which I was told it was sold out. I then went to 4 other Spitz looking for the shoes which I didn't find also sold out was very disappointed. last week I was doing my shopping as I was passing Spitz I saw Lucky who greeted me with a smile and he asked me if im not coming in to look then I told him my heart is still on that particular shoe so he said I must come in and we went to the cash desk and he took out a store directory and checked the availability of the shoe on the system then he started calling the stores as far as Cape Town. Later I left without knowing if he got the shoe or not cause other shops they said it damages and customer keep aside but he promised to try and do he's best which he did, yesterday he sent me a massage saying that he got the shoe for me I must come buy it I was very happy for his customer service and willingness to help. He's always helpful, smiling and a hard worker. whenever I go to Spitz and I find him there I know im going to get a very exceptional customer care he's the best i'm a happy Spitz customer thanks to Lucky
