Dissapoted at Spits and Tosoni

Bought a Tosoni shoe at Spitz East gate Mall, about 11 months back. Then took it back two weeks back because the sole was separating from the shoe at the front.I was told it was out of warranty which I knew already.but if I buy a shoe , that will cost me R1800 I expect good quality.I was told the shoe will not be replaced because I wore it in the rain.why would anyone wear a suade shoe in the rain?,and if I did ,what type of cheap glue are they using on their shoes that gets affected by rain and surely the suade would show that it's been rained on. So this would mean ,if your in a mall and it starts to rain you must take your Tosoni shoes off? and run barefoot to the car because the shoes will tear.Im very dissapointed at the poor craftsmanship and overall quality of my shoe.its a good thing there are other brands out there.
