Disgusting and unprofessional service from Spitz Wonderpark*mum

I'm typing this review with a sombre heart.

I visited Spitz store to make a cash purchase of sneaker and I never thought I could encounter such unacceptable and unprofessional service from Spitz.

On the 28th of February I purchased a pair of sneaker by Lacoste to be precise. When I got to the store I was assisted by Minenhle Skosana, I said what exactly what I wanted and I was advised that my exact shoe size (Size 7) will be too big, I was then given the small size (Size 6).

As the shoes was still new I did wear it and it was uncomfortable but then in the back of my mind I was like maybe it's because they are still new but as time went on the level of uncomfortableness didn't get any better instead it got worse.

After wearing the shoes 4 times with the same response of uncomfortableness then I decided to visit the stores to explain the issue I encountered with the shoes and that was on the 1st week of April, I was then told that the shoes will undergo further introspection then I will be provided with feedback. Mind due I didn't say there was anything wrong with the shoes, I said the size was too small and it was hurting my foot and it was affecting my condition as I'm diabetic.

Since the shoes that I've purchased cash was taken in April and during that period I've done more than 10 follow ups on the matter and the matter seems to go back and forth with no solution, I didn't also appreciate the store manager's attitude. The store manager by the name of Keo****tse was very rude and unprofessional towards me as if it's my fault that they sold me a small size of shoes.

I'm sick and tired of wasting my money doing follow ups on this matter, all I want from Spitz is for them to provide me with my exact size of shoes and if that is not possible then I would appreciate it if they can refund me my money.

As much as I'm writing this review with such a broken heart I would really appreciate it if this matter is resolved before things get out if hands, I've been very patient and I feel like my patience is taken for stupidity.
