Disgusted customer with Spitz outlet in Ilanga Mall

On the 16th /12/2023 at around 6 pm I went to Spitz shop at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit Mbombela. I wanted to buy some sneakers but there was too much noise, all the workers there were dancing to very loud music, it was as if its at a tarven . The music was so unbearable and they were also screaming on tip of their lungs. No one attended to me. I was very disgusted and disappointed, I never expected such behaviour in a big mall and descent shop like Spitz. Please I want this attended to and I am expecting a feedback. Those kids were even disrespectful and I told them that I was going to report this, they just laughed at me.
