Disappointed

Hi Peter I bought a shoe at Spitz store in lakeside mall Benoni on lay-by and I was not advised that I must not wash the and it happened that the at first I realised that the shoe was pilling off & went went back to find out why then when I got there they told me that I need to use a fabric and leather cleaner or a dove soap to wast it. fine I bought it then unfortunately the shoe still got dirty and I wash it first time ever & it pilled off more than before the sent the shoe back only to be told by a manager that I didn’t even see that she cannot help me so I decided to leave the shoe the & ask my sister to talk to them because I was angry. They took the shoe & send it to where ever they had to the inspection then called me to tell me that unfortunately they can’t credit my shoe & I will have to leave with it just like that because I washed it. I then went to the store and I’ve got a voice note where I asked them that who advised me not to wash them they kept quiet & just told me that I must consult the head office because they’ve got nothing to say to me. The shoe was R1690 and I bought it on the 26th of February 2021 & already is done. I’m so disappointed because I had a complain about this store before & now this. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from that Spitz store again and I just wish I could get my shoe replaced that’s all nothing more.
