concern

I bought a pair of sude carvela boots at spitz calton centre on the 27 july 2017 for R2500 and i wore them once on the 9 august,they were so uncomfortable then i took them back on the 11 only to fint out that the mananger by the name of Natasha said the is nothing they can do since i have wone the shoes. They said to me i have fitted the shoes so how come they uncomfortable and i explained to them that wearing a shoe for 3 seconds and wearing them the whole day are 2 different things and i only fitted 1 shoe and for that money i expected comfortability. They said the regional mananger or who ever was on leave they will call me on monday,its Tuesday today and no call. They have my shoes and my money at the same time and i didnt say i want a refund. They could have atleast said assisted me with something, i paid alot of money for those shoes for them to treat me this way.
