Complain

I have a complain with Spitz shoes gateway, I bought shoes with R2595 on the 20th of June 2020, wearing them 3x and the leather came of, I took them back on the 26 last month, manager take them and said she will call, then yesterday called and said they cnt help me,, so I want to no what must I do?
