Thank you for the best customer service received on Saturday the 2nd of March 2024, the guy who was helping us was very patient with my brother's shoe size, he went to the storeroom 3 times searching for the right size, we wanted size 10 and he advised us that carvela has bigger size, he went and fetch size 9 and half it was big, and he came with 9 it was also big, he went back again and came with 8 and half and these time was the correct one @Spitz Festival mall
