Bad services

I have bought 2pairs of shoes lacoste Blue and orange i dont have even 2months with them thy e starded to loose colour especial.blue one i have bought them 1500 ..each pair .u know what its seems like i bought it for 50 rand i went to polokwane spitz to fer help ...mánager told me that there its nothing they can help.me with its not there fault its my fault ..meaning l loose my 3000 for nothing. He was not willing to assits me its like i paíd 10 for this shoes noo.. i bought the shoes with my money 3000 ..
