Bad service

I bought a Cavella on the 10th of Sept 2020 for my son, it cost R2295, He didn't wear it as we kept it for the 16 December, today He tried it, the shoe is small, I went to Spitz Greenacres,now on the 16 Dec 2020 to exchange it, Cashier 1st had an attitude, I told her, I dont want money, If they don't have the size now, I can take a gift voucher so long as I did last year 2019, the Cashier refused and said it's not her problem, I told her, I understand but I normally bought shoes September when we are got bonus, so that December we are sorted, at that time the shoe had an allowance. She called the Manager, the Manager said I must wait aside after I was so patient, he came and lie and said the invoice is no longer on the system and left. He **** on my face as if I dont understand the system. I explained to him also that I don't want the money, I only want another size. H e was not willing to assist, and he didn't care that I paid R2295. SPITZ Greenacres. I phoned the customer service number, unfortunately its a public holiday, This is my way to voice out, the bad service I received from them
