bad service

I'm an unhappy customer I bought boots at Spitz Westgate on the 25/04/2019 on the shelve the price was R1995.00 but when I was about to pay at the till Busi Vilakazi informed that the Price is R 2595.00 and I asked why are the prices different and she said that's the price and I paid ,yesterday on the 15/05/2019 my Sister went to Spitz at Westgate and bought the very same boots with the price that I queried about of R1995.00 and that's what she paid I have proof.

this morning I called and spoke to THOBILE MAHLANZIE to enquire about the price and she said that nobody remember about my price and there is nothing they can do about it , I'm writing this as a very unhappy customer because I'm loyal customer and wasn't expecting to receive such service from you.
