Bad service

<p>I bought a pair of navy blue Cabrera in 2015 December at Spitz greenacres and they were not my size. I returned them a week later and was told the don't have the size I want but will call me when they do. I waited and waited and I was never called. I went there 3 months later to check why i never got a call. the manager told me it's late to make an exchange, it takes 30 days to do such thing. a year later I'm still stuck with a brand new shoe I can't wear.</p>
