Bad Service!
<p>I purchased my carvella from town in durban. The box was damaged when I bought the shoes. I then threw away the box. The lace on my carvella is torn and I want a new lace because it comes with a lifetime guarantee on the lace. It's not my fault the box was thrown away and I am sure they can pick up I bought the shoes from them with my wife's account. This is not treating customers fairly..</p>
