Bad quality tekkies

I bought a pair of tekkies for my son 24/12/2020 at Spitz in Vaal Mall. He did not even had the tekkie for 6 months and the leather started to fade. He took it back to the store and they said they will send to workshop and revert back to him. They called him to collect the tekkie as there is nothing that they can do about the fading. I am very disappointed as I paid R1950.00 which is suppose to be for quality shoes and look what we got. I am not happy at all with the product, it looks like he had it for years. He does not even feel comfortable to wear it. I strongly suggest that we get a refund or a return.
