Bad Quality shoe/ ****

I have bought a Lacoste junior sneaker in December 2020 and in March it started peeling of on the top of , I returned the shoe to Spitz Greenacres Branch and the Manager gave us such bad service. I then got response from the head office saying I can not exchange the shoe because it does not have a factory fault

My problem is that the shoe was expensive for it to be peeling off after 3 months of use and I was not expecting it to be of such bad quality means they are selling us **** Lacoste shoes then
