Bad quality

I have purchase a Italian shoe at Sptiz three months ago and not even wore it more than five times when the stitches/glue become loose, I than took the shoe back to Spitz and was told that that the manager will look into the matter and give me feedback. few days later the manager phoned me and told me that they cant refund me because my purchase don't shows on they system, I was very disappointed because Spitz is the only store that sells this type of Italian name brand shoes and they cant assist me
