Bad customer service

Hi i purchased a carvela shoes from spitz in gateway i tried on a size 4 and at the time of purchase the shoe was fine i bowt it abt 2 months back and didnt bother ffitting it again cause i did fit it in the hop however when i uses it on sunday i couldnt walk with it it gave me blisters it could have been the shoe i tried was streched but i dont know all o know is the shoes i purchased for 2000 i am unabke to use and its not comfortable at all i called customer care and they advised me that its pass 2 months now and they policy is 1 month but i know the new cpa act is 6 months .
