ACCOUNT MISCOMMUNICATION

<p>Hello Petter</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for an Account with SPITZ via their internet application Process. They requested Information that I supp****. I am a small business person and and averaged my income at about R11000 per month. I received this email from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear MR RAMMALA</p> <p>Unfortunately your Spitz Group Card application will need to be re-assessed as the income on your application form & proof of income documents differ.</p> <p>Please call us on ***to finalise your application.</p> <p>Thank you <br /> The Spitz Group Division</p> <p> </p> <p>So I called them to try and explain the inconsistacies. This is where my issues start. Firstly I was put on hold for a long time before the line was severed, then I called again and spoke to Anathi, who promised me that a product specialist will call within minuttes. When that call did not come I called again and she put me on hold for a Team Leader, a long wait I severed the call.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems as if the call centre people have been instructed to put people on hold indefintely. </p>
